Early Access for Exhibitor Admins

If you are the administrator for your E-Zone, you have early access to the Connect platform before visitors and VIPs are onboarded.

As an exhibitor admin, you should have received an email from techshowparis@closerstillmedia.com. Please log in to:

Review your exhibitor profile and check that all information is correct
Add your stand activities and add your product demos

Your exhibitor profile is automatically synchronised with your E-Zone profile. Any changes made in the E-Zone will also appear on Connect at Tech Show Paris.

You can upload up to two videos to your profile. If you upload two videos, the oldest video will be displayed in the main, prominent position.

Meeting scheduling access will open in stages, with priority access given to sponsors:

Theatre, Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors will receive early access to Connect, allowing them to request meetings with registered visitors and VIPs before other exhibitors.
All other exhibitors and exhibitor team members will gain access three weeks before the event.
Visitors and VIPs will be onboarded separately and notified when they can start using the platform.

HOW TO LOG IN TO CONNECT AT TECH SHOW PARIS

You do not need to create a separate password for Connect at Tech Show Paris. Each time you log in, you can request a one-time password (OTP) using the email address linked to your exhibitor registration.

1. Enter the email address used for your exhibitor registration.

2. Request a one-time password (OTP).

3. The OTP will be sent to the email address associated with your registration.

4. Enter the OTP on the sign-in page to access your account.

Please note your OTP email will be sent from " info@connect.tech-showparis.fr ".

Registered for an exhibitor badge?

When you register for an exhibitor badge, your profile will be created automatically and linked to the exhibiting company as a team member. Once logged in, you can start planning your visit by requesting meetings with prospects, bookmarking conference sessions of interest and adding networking events to your agenda.

MY AGENDA

Use My Agenda to view and manage everything you have planned for Tech Show Paris using the filters.

• Select “All” to view every activity in your agenda.

• Select “Meetings” to view your confirmed meetings.

• Select “Bookmarked” to view the conference sessions, networking events and show-floor activities you have saved.

• Block out time in your agenda to help manage your schedule.

• Download a PDF of your confirmed meeting schedule.

• Sync your confirmed meetings with your Google or Outlook Calendar, giving you one place to see where you need to be and when throughout the event.

The following features will be available once the platform is live for all attendees

Requesting Meetings

Each exhibitor badge holder will receive 80 meeting credits, which can be used to request meetings with profiles that match your interests. Exhibitors can view all VIP, Visitor, Press and Exhibitor badge holders. Speakers can request meetings with exhibitors; however, exhibitors cannot send meeting requests to speakers. Click Request Meetings in the menu, select the Participants tab, and use the filters to narrow your search. We recommend favouriting your prospects before sending meeting requests to make the most of your meeting credits. Theatre, Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors will benefit from priority access, allowing them to send meeting requests before meeting scheduling opens to all other exhibitors.

Matchmaking & AI Recommendations

Matchmaking: Our AI-powered matchmaking tool suggests relevant attendee profiles you may wish to request meetings with. Suggestions are based on your activity on Connect at Tech Show Paris, including the profiles you search for, favourite or request meetings with. As you use the platform, your matchmaking suggestions will become increasingly tailored to your interests. AI Recommendations: AI Recommendations suggest conference sessions, speakers, products and exhibitors that may interest you, based on the information in your exhibitor profile. Matchmaking focuses on helping you find relevant people, while AI Recommendations help you discover relevant event content and exhibitors.

Exhibitor Product Demo & Stand Activations

Make your profile stand out by adding product information and stand activations, including product demos, giveaways and competitions. Include clear timings so visitors can plan their visit. The most exciting activations will be featured in a visitor list, so liaise with your primary administrator to ensure your profile is complete. New for Tech Show Paris, visitors and VIP badge holders can vote via the app for the Best Stand Experience Award. The winner will be announced at 15:00 on Day 2.

Your exhibitor badge gives you access to the exhibition floor, conference sessions and dedicated networking opportunities. With Connect at Tech Show Paris, the official event planning and networking app, you can maximise your event experience by: • Accessing the full list of visitors, exhibitors and speakers across all five co-located events. • Using your 80 meeting credits to connect with registered attendees. • Finding and filtering relevant prospects by job function, seniority, interests and more, then requesting meetings directly through the app. • Managing your schedule with meeting reminders and calendar sync. • Saving exhibitors to your favourites via the interactive floorplan. As an exhibitor admin, you can also: • Monitor your exhibitor profile activity. • Track your team's meeting performance. • Manage admin access for your team.

MOBILE APP COMING SOON

Connect at Tech Show Paris will be available on desktop and mobile until the end of the show. Use the web platform to prepare in advance, then the app to access your meetings, contacts and schedule onsite.

The web platform will offer more conference programme filters. The app will launch a few weeks later, and all registrants will be notified when it is ready to download.
