PARIS, FRANCE — August 04, 2026 — Nexconec Europe, a leading designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art networking products, today announced a series of major strategic milestones across product innovation, environmental responsibility, and industry engagement.
Highlighting the update is the official commercial launch of the UPX Range (Uptime Cross-Connect Fiber Solutions), alongside the launch of Nexconec’s first comprehensive corporate carbon footprint assessment and active presence across France’s premier telecom networking forums.
Key Announcements
1. Launch of UPX Range (Uptime Cross-Connect Fiber Solutions)
Designed to meet the ultra-high-density demands of modern Data Centers, AI/ML clusters, and Telco/FTTH networks, the new UPX Range delivers a highly modular fiber optic connectivity framework:
- High-Density Chassis Options: Scalable fixed frames available in 1U (up to 120 LC fiber connections) as well as 2U and 3U configurations (up to 288 LC fiber connections).
- Versatile Modular Cassettes: Pre-terminated Base-12 and Base-8 MTP®/MPO cassettes, front-patch MTP®/MPO-LC cassettes, and splice cassettes with or without front LC patching.
- Next-Generation Compatibility: Full support for standard optical adapters (LC, SC, MTP®/MPO) as well as Next-Generation Small Form Factor (VSFF) connectors, including CS® and SN®.
- Availability: Over 12 distinct product references from the UPX line are now available globally via the Nexconec online store.
2. Corporate ESG & ADEME Bilan Carbone® Audit
In line with its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, Nexconec has initiated its first formal carbon footprint measurement following the Bilan Carbone® methodology established by ADEME (French Agency for Ecological Transition).
- 360-Degree Scope: The audit covers emissions across Scope 1 (direct emissions), Scope 2 (purchased energy), and Scope 3 (entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to customer delivery).Transparency & Action: Audit findings will directly inform Nexconec’s multi-year ESG policy and be made publicly available to partners and stakeholders to drive supply chain decarbonization.
